Allowance Eligibility Classes

Classes define who is eligible for an allowance type — by job type, work type and/or grade range. Auto-apply classes are suggested automatically on each employee's pay record.

Timesheet Upload Structure

Describe the column layout of the CSV/Excel timesheet file your own time-tracking system exports — every tenant can keep their own file format. Once enabled, hourly employees (set on their Pay Records > Pay Basis) are paid from uploaded hours instead of their grade salary when a pay run is calculated.

Regular Hours *
Overtime Hours
Notes

Column # is the position of that field in your file (1 = first column). Leave Overtime Hours or Notes blank to skip those fields. Fields marked * are required.
